1) Description of Services

FitFur provides an AI-powered pet health, longevity, and training platform. Core features include:

• Interactive Avatar Coaching: AI-driven digital characters (such as "Adam" and "Kat") that deliver health nudges and wellness updates.
• Breed-Aware Wellness: Personalized health metrics and activity goals based on your pet's specific breed, age, and risk factors.
• AI Vet Q&A / Symptom Checker: An LLM-based service for health-related inquiries.
• Wearable Integration: Synchronization with compatible smart hardware, such as biometric collars, to track real-time vitals.
• Pet-Friendly Map Explorer: A directory of dog parks, pet-friendly cafes, and emergency veterinary clinics.
• Marketplace: Personalized product recommendations and e-commerce integration for pet-related goods.

2) Important Health & Veterinary Disclaimer

• Information Only: All content, including AI-generated responses from our digital avatars and the Symptom Checker, is for informational and educational purposes only.
• No Professional Advice: Our AI avatars (e.g., Adam) are designed as "Pet Longevity Specialists" but are not licensed veterinarians. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or heard on FitFur.
• Emergency Situations: In the event of a pet health emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency animal clinic immediately.

3) AI and Technology Use

• AI Responses: You acknowledge that our digital avatars and health guides utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed.
• Vendor Platforms: Our Services utilize third-party platforms such as the HeyGen SDK/API for avatar rendering. Service interruptions from these vendors may impact your experience.

4) User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Onboarding: You must provide accurate information during account setup, including your pet's breed, age, and health history, to receive personalized guidance.
• Hardware Use: If using a biometric collar, you are responsible for ensuring the hardware is used according to manufacturer safety guidelines.
• Content Usage: You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5) Marketplace & Payments

• E-Commerce: Purchases made through the FitFur Marketplace are processed via external platforms such as Shopify.
• Third-Party Terms: Transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party merchant and payment processors.
• Recommendations: Product recommendations are based on your pet's tracked metrics and behavior but do not constitute a medical endorsement.

6) Intellectual Property

• Ownership: FitFur Pty Ltd and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including the digital avatars, proprietary algorithms, and software.
• Project IP: FitFur Pty Ltd owns the Project IP in the Deliverables, subject to the rights of its development partner, Avatars Global Limited, in its "Existing Material" and "Development Tools".

7) Limitation of Liability

• No Liability for Use: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitFur Pty Ltd and its service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or reliance on AI-generated health guidance.
• User Waiver: You acknowledge that the platform is for informational use and waive all liability claims against the service providers regarding the product's performance or output.

8) Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal data and pet health metrics to provide our Services. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and comply with relevant data retention and access control standards.

9) Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
